Saturday in flannels was a ride to say the least š¤£ me and the boi went in there to look at fragrances and within 5 minutes I think they were convinced I was a shop lifter based on how I was dressed (leggings and hoodie) Was asked repeatedly if we needed help (thatās normal and didnāt think much of it) then when I found a perfume I fell in love with we kept getting told where the tills were even though we werenāt even close to being finished looking around. Then out of nowhere ANOTHER sales assistant came up to us and asked if we wanted the perfume out behind the tills but judging by her tone, language and how she basically prised it from my hands, I didnāt get a choice in this š¤£ After we were done having a look around we went to pay and tbh I was more bothered by the Poundland level customer service at the tills, your girls need to learn to smile and not be stuck up their own arses and to not look down on those who ādonāt look the partā Tldr: love my perfume, donāt like being judged by what Iām wearing. 3* coz I found it amusing and tbh their perfume section is to die for ā„ļø

Good evening, today, unfortunately, we dealt with this store, to which we will never return. We bought Tiffany perfumes, we chose Tiffany&love perfumes, they gave us Tiffany&Co, we didnāt notice immediately, but when we were already on our way home, and we live more than an hour away from this store. When returning to the store, incompetent employees offered us a return only with bonuses on the check or exchange for other perfumes with an additional payment. That is, we had to pay more money for the consultantās mistake. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but buyers should not have to pay for these mistakes. If this happened, the manager should have solved this issue, because only my volume and the amount I paid were suitable for me .. That is, I wanted either a refund to the card or replacement for the same volume, but the smell that I chose, not the one that was given to me... itās not my fault that the seller made a mistake. My friend also has the same situation... Š conflicted mood, wasted time is guaranteed in this store

Sports Direct with lipstick on....part of the same group and it shows. Terrible store policies, customer service and attitude of staff. Not for the first time I tried to buy a pair of shoes, which were priced at Ā£399, just to be told they were Ā£495 at the till. They did this the last time I went there and I note other reviews say the same thing and it's clearly deliberate. They then tell you they are not legally obliged to sell them whilst peeling the sticker off in front of you.....they then offer 10% as 'goodwill' but that's the max their policy will allow meaning you always pay more than the marked price, scandalous. A male member of staff got aggressive with me when I complained and accused me of having an 'attitude' just to add insult to injury. Tried to complain to Customer Services but a waste of time....avoid, avoid, avoid. Spend your money direct with the brands or a reputable retailer who actually care about their customers.

I bought 2 pairs of Balenciagas to my excitement as both pairs showed to be at Ā£489. Excited I bought 2 pairs for myself and someone else as a present to find out at checkout that the bill totalled Ā£1169. They had the wrong prices on the shoes! As I obviously ended up buying the shoes as I wanted the pairs and had made the decision to do so but Iāve never seen a retail shop have this problem ever. I genuinely believe they are doing on purpose to push the sales more. Donāt trust the price tags!

My daughter went in today to buy her favourite tops CP and because she was 14 the security guard escorted her and her friends from the store! Absolutely disgusting this is age discrimination is our money not good enough? She has her own bank card and quite often will spend Ā£400 on items of clothing she has her own weekend job and saves up every couple of months to go and treat herself. Shame on you flannels it's the junkies you want to be worried about doing the shop lifting as I witnessed myself a few weeks ago.
