    I don’t usually leave reviews but I thought I share my experience. Got my nails done on Friday the 21st and by Wednesday the 26th they started to peel off. I have attached a picture of how they were last night (they are worse now). Poor products/technic but I would expect shellac to last at 2 weeks no less than 5 days. No recommended

    First of all, they speak at all times in Chinese between them. 2nd, you won’t have the same person doing the job. So you will pass for different hands and I don’t like it. 3rd they don’t care about your nail, what I’m trying to say is: how come you can have your nails shaped in less than 1 min?? The way that guy shaped my nails was bad, not even paying attention to the sides of the nail to give a nicer shape. They don’t clean my nails underneath once that step was done. Which I find it very disgusting. Then, cuticles needed to be cut. Barely hot water in which I submerged my nails, I was waiting at least 15 min so the water was cold at the end. 2nd person came into action, cuticles were only cut with that little thing, she didn’t spend time pushing all back and remove all. I realised that I was still having cuticles to be cleaned, so I said, please clean it properly, the lady said, she wasn’t allow to do it closer to the skin in case she hurts me ( blood coming out) I said I am telling to go closer I won’t complain, then she said, if you want you can do It yourself, my response was:If I am here is because I can’t do it myself but I want a well Done job. 4rd once she finished, said: pay now! I found it very rude, cause the job wasn’t finished yet. I won’t go again to that place, as they didn’t care about cleaning and shaping your natural nail properly. Avoid if you want your natural nail to be take care.

    I am super fussy with my nails, customer service, and hygiene. The staff were lovely, and my nails were perfect. I felt both effort and time were put in by the nail tech. The hygiene was a little below my standards. However, not enough that I wouldn't return. I will definitely go back.
