They fitted it on time. I paid immediately. I then saw a gap under the door and rang to ask about a draft excluder. They failed to respond. I emailed asking the same. They ignored me. It Seems, as soon as you pay you can f off as far as they are concerned. Thanks flair. You just took £2000 from disabled pensioners for 1 door. Then left them with a hole under the door. One of their woman with a bad attitude rang me up last week having a go at me for leaving an honest review. So I put the phone down on her. I then received this today. "We can confirm our installations department has never received a phone call or email since we completed your installation. The accusation stating we “have taken money from a pensioner and left them with a hole under the door” is disrespectful and one we will not accept" I can prove I did call them on my phone records. Obviously I was not impressed at them calling me a liar "Which is liable and can be proven, so I suggest you change your response before i take things further" I phoned them up. When I ask for the male that answered the phone when I first called, they gave me the run around. Then a female snowflake failed do her customer service job used any excuse to put the phone down and not deal with the problem. Utterly pathetic! (I've posted a photo with the evidence of repeated phone calls on the day of fitting which proves I rang them after I paid them to ask about the gap. I am sure they will cry to Google to have the evidence removed along with the photo of the gap they left). Not only did they do a poor job with their customer service, they deny that i emailed them via their website (convenient as they have the only copy) they then call you a liar about phoning them. What a great company! 👏 👏 👏 No one likes people ripping disabled pensioners off. Especially when It's your own parents Service: General door installation
