    Very recently, my 16 yr old daughter asked me to join a gymnastics club, we selected Flair at Spectrum Guildford. She's never done gymnastics before, albeit a very athletic girl. I have been absolutely blown away by the young coaches and their support for my daughter. All other class members have obviously been doing gymnastics for many years. Hannah couldn't do much beyond a forward roll! I'm more proud of her for her determination and attitude, but.... this only worked due to the genuine care, support and encouragement of Flair, the fantastic young and impressive young coaches. Would unreservedly recommend Flair - friendly, great service and we are delighted! Thank You!

    After my child attended a Freestyle trial session this month we discovered the following facts, after I called for further clarification ... Facts: - after your trial there is a 3-day deadline where you are AUTO-enrolled, please note this was not mentioned at time of booking, only notified after the trial in a follow up email and welcome pack. (Another parent also experience this) - they will not cancel your auto-entollment over the phone, or via email. You MUST cancel via their website link - *UPDATE* : cost per class is approx £23 (I roughly worked out, NB. that's not including the annual fee!) they have not corrected me on this figure when queried via email so can only assume this figure is correct? - first payment is £59 annual fee PLUS £69 per month for freestyle classes (intermediate package) BUT PLEASE NOTE classes only run TERM TIME but you will still pay monthly regardless of classes being closed for summer , Easter and Xmas etc. So for example, August you will pay £69 and your child not attend a single class that month. - freestyle classes, despite being in the intermediate package of £69pm, don't receive full package advertised. No awards programme (*UPDATE: this I've bn told is now being introduced - not sure if you're charged extra for badges), no progress tracker, no championships, only display. (parents of freestyle classes prefer their child not to be assessed, I was told) - current covid set up: They only have use of half a sports hall, the other half is used by a different trampoline class. (you are paying full price at £69) - *UPDATE: we queried trampolining, was advised when restrictions are eased it would be available during freestyle classes but with the current set up this is not available, we see from the response below this was sadly incorrect information. - they were unable to provide me with max group size numbers or coaches to child ratios. (I was unable to determine how long a child will be waiting their turn when things are back up and running at full capacity.) Personally, I do not feel the classes being offered justify the fees being charged (approx £23 per class) and when I called to discuss all the details above I really wanted to be convinced otherwise but they couldn't. Needless to say I cancelled within the 3 day auto-enrollment, via the website as they wouldn't do it over the phone. The sad part is that my child did really enjoy the session (perhaps because there were so few in the class so there was no waiting around for their turn) and coaches were friendly. Shame the fees leave you feeling you're being ripped off. *UPDATE*: the trial session was on offer at £1 which is what prompted the booking. Thank you for the goodwill gesture, we were not looking for or expecting the £1 refund but thanks all the same.

    I am very disappointed with company, they have been very miss leading. They have taken money from me and refusing to pay it back. This has caused a very stressful situation. It is a shame as my daughter did enjoy her classes.
