    Having used HL, Raisin and Flagstone saving platforms. I would say Flagstone is by far the worse in terms of web design, ease of money transfer and responsiveness. the only thing it is beating others is the amount of choices you have if you have a million to save (a lot of the account require minimum of 1 million GBP) Out of the 3 platforms, Raisin is the best by far.

    Received an e-mail with a 1.81% Instant Access deal with Shawbrook Bank - went onto the website and couldn't find it, only to be told by Live Chat that because my account was signed up via Money Savings Expert, I'm not eligible for the deal. Very disappointing that different customers are 'classed' differently, and this is not apparent from sign up as well that we would end up losing out in the long run because of an initial promo.

    When you request a withdrawal from their holding account back to your current account, after 12.30pm, Flagstone will not process it until the next workong day. Every other bank is able to transfer your money more or less instantaneously. Would not use this system again. I would rather save on their fees and open savings account separately.

    Getting through the KYC / AML checks was proper faff-tastic (and I say that while running three FCA-regulated businesses), but personnel were helpful and once there the platform is easy to use. I have high hopes for the service. A minor niggle is that funds once paid into the hub and directed into an investment may take several hours or a day properly to be invested, but I'd imagine it's a nightmare trying to pull all the third party systems and strings together. Good luck and I hope your clientele / participating banks increase.
