We wanted to take mortgage advice from the bank, however, once we have spoken with Scott Piper we changed our decision. He explained everything so nicely and professionally that we have decided to take his service and we are pleased that we took that decision. Unfortunately, we had to offer 3 properties due to seller withdraw at the last minute hence we applied for mortgage 3 times, however, Scott handled it so efficiently and effectively that we got mortgage offered very quickly. I was connected with an amazingly professional man called Matthew D, he was nothing but caring, and supportive, and never focused on the sale part, just on helping me out. I wasn't even ready when I first spoke to him, and yet he didn't push me in any way, was just there for support until I was ready. I cannot fault him in any way and he truly needs to be promoted! he even helped me out of work hours which he didn't have to do, and that's when you know someone loves his work. if you are looking for a compassionate company to help you with insurance or housing, you cannot fault Flagstone at all, I am extremely hard to please and yet I do not have a bad word to say about them at all. truly highly recommend them! Thank you Flagstone for making this process amazingly easy, I don't even know how people complain about the stress of buying a property since you made this a breeze!
