Having seen Julia present recently at an award winning networking group. I decided to take her up on the offer to "out source" the Christmas gift sourcing for Peer2Peer. The Flagship wines team did an incredible job at a very reasonable price. Supplying 65 individually packaged bottles of great quality red wine for our clients. I have to say that I'm more than a little angry with the way I was treated yesterday when I came to collect the bottle of Waxhouse 004 that I ordered and paid for at 3pm on Thursday afternoon. When I arrived yesterday afternoon to collect I was made to feel that this was my fault as I hadn't waited for a confirmation email that this was ready to collect. There was certainly no mention of this in the email confirming my order and with all due respect, if a bottle is showing as in stock and my payment is taken then it is certainly not unreasonable for me to expect to be able to turn up the following day to collect would you not agree? I was told that the last bottle you had had been "dropped off" to another customer at some point but you "hadn't got round to informing me". Quite frankly this is a disgrace and not the way to treat your customers. Either the order should not have been taken, or I should have been informed immediately that this was not available. As it stands I have taken away another bottle that I really didn't want. Can I suggest that you treat your customers with a little more value. I know the distributers of the Waxhouse offerings and as I understand it from them, you have not had this in stock for some time now which would lead me to believe that I was lied to yesterday. DISGRACEFUL!@!
