I was so impressed with the Flaggs Estate Agents team, particularly Donnel, who was our Negotiator. Swiftly after we registered with them, Donnel and the team worked hard on helping us find what we were looking for in a property (after looking for a year). They seemed to get what we were looking for, which made it a whole lot easier. We are utterly disappointed and upset with service provided. We used Flaggs recently to purchase property that we liked. The offer was confirmed in February 2022. Sarah Contreras was dealing with purchase conversation back and forth since February, all going according to plan. Two weeks ago, we were advised to get the deposit and paperwork ready to finalise purchase of the property. We informed our solicitor and had everything ready. We received a message from Sarah on 29th November 2022, two days before our mortgage date ends, saying the vendor wanted to withdraw purchase. It has been a stressful and costly ten months sorting everything out, with Sarah’s continued reassurance that the vendors wanted to sell, when the vendors did not want to sell. It has wasted an abundance of time, money and effort with moving forward with our plans in buying a new property.
