They are very flexible and accommodating on bookings, even when they are last minute and have a number of afternoon booking options (from until 16.30 to until 18.30) which is great. Some of the staff are very friendly, especially the breakfast club ladies. On the down side, my children are happy to see their friends there, but in terms of activities they don't seem to have many activity options (if any, during term time?). I find the booking system really complicated, takes a lot of time and effort, from booking forms, having to check the booking again, a number of emails to confirm the booking and then two emails for each payment.

Love Fizzbugs! My friend uses the crèche at the Harpenden Leisure Centre and told me how great they are. I booked my son into the half-term camp at the Grove this week and literally, all he will talk about is when can be go back to Fizzbugs! He's having so much fun! The staff are friendly and really know what they are doing. I'll be booking again for sure!

FizzBug has always been our first port of call for holiday clubs! They are there rain or shine and the children always come away suitably tired and happy! The pandemic meant that FizzBug had to change the way they ran the club - they did this both seamlessly and thoughtfully - creating different colour bubbles to keep everyone not only as safe as possible but also together with their friends. They have continued this process and I think it works perfectly. Well done Kate, Mark & the rest of your team - thank you for your hard work! xx

My daughter loves going to Fizzbugs in the school holidays!There is a good variety of activities for her to do and she particularly enjoys the cooking. She was slotted in a bit last minute in the club with no fuss and I always feel completely confident leaving her there for the day knowing she will have a great time!So much so I have to pick her up at the very end even after any friends have left. After months of lock down we re-booked her in and the day before the club she said "Mum why can't it be tomorrow now so I can be in Fizzbugs" I think that says a lot! I'm very grateful that it is still going in these tricky times, following all Government guidelines.

Our son has been attending FizzBug for around 3 years now and he loves it. He's always worn out and 'starving' when we pick him up! He doesn't often share what he's been doing, it's almost like 'what happens at FizzBug, stays at FizzBug'! I do know that the singing/music teacher is a favourite and I heard that 'Marky Mark's disco' was great fun too! Kate, Mark and the crew love kids and work hard to make sure they're safe whilst being engaged. Adapting to the Covid way of working can't have been easy, but I've never worried about our son's safety. Thank you all and hurrah for being open in the summer - the kids have missed out on social interaction and this allows them that opportunity.
