I would give 0 stars if it were possible, stay away from this company at all costs. They are called Fixr for a reason. They're fixed, utterly and totally. They advertise events, when you buy the tickets they cancel the event without telling you why, and now they can't blame Covid so ?? Will not give you event organisers number, you have to start a private investigation to find the number, when you do find it, they never answer, they advertise wrong opening hours on their website so you're chasing your tail for some comeback. Emails are pointless and you wait forever for a reply, which eventual outcome i'm sure is unlawful. They say they have to process the payment which incurs cost. No it does not cost £8 to process. Am about to start a legal process against this company, and I suggest anyone who even thinks of using them needs to think again. Wished i'd have looked at google reviews first.
