The Fixoheat engineer was excellent. Extremely thorough and very efficient and friendly. He sorted out my mum's boiler which was a lot of work but he got it working again and running as it should be. We would definitely recommend him. He is Vaillant certified too which was good for us. Very pleased and satisfied with the work he did.

Yesterday ,boiler was fitted completely by a heating engineer whom I would describe as tenacious,professional and restored my confidence in workmen. Nadeen was ontime,arrived when he said he would and didnt leave until he was happy with his progress of fitting the new system. There were some challenges re the house ,not once did Nadeem moan,but kept pushing on.Thank god he has an account with screwfix I say. Nadeem a huge thank you as you ve made my Auntie a very happy woman.She is very impressed with your workmanship. Best Wishes . Leo

My mom is 72 and lives alone and on a Saturday morning found her heating and hot water was not working. When I went over to help and couldn’t get it working I tried to book her an emergency appointment. No company was available for days or even weeks. Having used British Gas recently I tried them but as they had no one available they linked me on their page to Local Heroes. Naveed called within a few minutes if receiving the request and arranged to come round that day in a few hours. He arrived as promised and spent a great deal of time finding what the issue was and how to fix it. I was impressed at how professional he was and how he followed all COVID guidelines. He explained the problem and that he needed to order a part he was clear and everything was transparent, such as cost and procedure. As soon as he received the part which was on the following Tuesday even though it was the evening he came round at 6pm and installed the part and got everything working perfectly. Not only that he fully inspected the whole set up and made sure it was all in order. I could not recommend him more highly as he was able to respond quickly, communicated on phone and app at all stages, did a fantastic job,and was clean and tidy. We are really happy to have found him through Local Heroes.
