    I had issues with the WiFi connectivity in my shed/garden office after changing my broadband provider. One phone call to Fix My Line, and I was advised that an Engineer would be sent out the next day to have a look and recommend a fix. The Engineer sent was Michael, who was punctual (notified me when he was going to 5mins later than the agreed ETA) professional and recommended a cost-effective solution. Michael saw me on a Friday, was busy with other jobs and wasn't going to be able to fix the issue for another 2 to 3 working days. However, after explaining that I had hijacked the living/dining room ( which meant my family couldn't watch TV between 8am & 5pm) and that work was going to get busy from the next week, he assured me he would book another appointment for the next Monday. Not only was the appointment booked as promised, but Michael was very professional, treated my home with respect, and made sure I got the best possible WiFi speeds in my office. I would totally rehire this business for all things related to Networking and Connectivity! Thanks Michael!
