Customer services were great!, so why the bad review ? It was my first time using this company and I didn’t receive the correct kit that I had ordered. One of the products wasn’t even available to buy from there website. Called customer services and they were great. So, I decided to place a second order as I needed more items for a project, and they offered next day delivery. However, this is where they fell down again. The ducting that turned up wad the wrong size. We lost a whole day’s labour onsite for two guys. This was rectified once I made another phone call to customer service and the kit arrived the following day. Customer services were great however id rather the warehouse staff fulfil orders correctly or at least compensate me for loss of earnings in some way.

Ordered 4 items 21st December for delivery 5th Jan. I phoned and checked the day before to confirm all was ok and was told one of the items was not available and confirmed 3 items. Delivered 2 items and didn't make contact on site to confirm as a big site so we had to chase them again to get a POD! Found the delivery at the other end of the site and had to transit back to where we were. Items were part of a fixing kit so not much good unless all together. They delivered one shortage first thing next day and we got the other item somewhere else.
