    I didn't get the man's name, but he was so polite, helpful and patient with me. I booked in for an ear speaker repair, which ended up not to be necessary, it just needed a clean. He kindly only charged me a £5 service fee for the clean. I also got a battery replaced, which appears to have improved my battery life by a little. Be aware though, if you are an iPhone user, the replacement battery shows up as an 'unknown part', and you can't see its 'health' in the settings now as this was not an Apple certified repair, which I don't mind, and expected going in, but might be an issue for some. Would definitely go again, so much cheaper and easier than getting a new phone! He worked so fast and I had my phone back within the hour despite the shop looking quite busy.
