š«AVOID AVOID!!! š« Awful service and caused more damage than they fixed. I went in to get my iPhone 11 screen replaced. They failed to fix the phone on 3 occasions. Afterwards they upsold me to use a āgenuineā apple display. This new display broke my front camera almost rendering the phone useless. After two months of strife the display broke again. When I returned the faulty fix they said they wouldnāt refund me and it would cost full price again to fix.

Asked for a genuine apple screen and when the first three he fitted didnāt work, he then offered me the next level of genuine, thereās only one genuine apple screen! I begrudgingly went with the Ā£130 Ā«Ā apple screenĀ Ā» which was fitted with dust inside so the front camera didnāt work. This was remedied rather badly but slightly improved, a couple of months after that repair the screen broke from nothing. I believe it was not properly secured the second time it was fitted. Went into shop to discuss options and the manager tells me it wasnāt an apple product that was fitted anyway! Offered me Ā£10 off a Ā£130 replacement, very annoyed to have been misled. Wonder if trading standards would be interested.
