Matt was a delight! I sent in a sonic screwdriver for a battery exchange (all the way from Sweden), and he was very upfront about how much everything would cost and what was going on in the whole battery-swap process. I got my sonic back in perfect condition and with a lovely new battery! I'd definitely return with any odd bit or bob needing a repair. :)

Disaster? When the chain switch jammed for one of the two lights on our vintage crystal glass lamp tracking down FixIt-Worthing proved a god'send.
