    an ok system, but i dont use quoting side as, who has time to sit and fill all that in. drive me insane. also, hate how the phone numbers disappear after quoting period ends, as i often get given a job after, and then i have to phone everyone up for a phone number. and also on the job sheet very annoying that it doesnt give the letting agents name who put the job out, i have to phone up and waste time finding out whos put the job out.... so fixflow------ leave the tele numbers on the details page all the time , put the agent who issued tghe jobs name on the details sheet. i think its trying to be too technical and us contractors just dont have time to fill in all thats there . so there should be a simplified version for contractors.

    Since we started using fix flow maintenance issues have been dealt with swiftly and effectively. I would have no hesitation in recommending FixFlow to any agent working in property. Tenants feed back has been positive as there are also video links for issues that can be resolved by the tenant, such as clearing the drain in the fridge with a straw to stop the pool of water at the bottom of the fridge. Landlords like the fact that they are informed by a PDF of the issue, so even the furthest landlord can feel that they have some control. Also the information is there, the audit trail of the property history does not delete, making it really quick and easy to assess on going issue with a property, something that may happen every other year or even as simple as when the element in the cooker was replaced.
