Struggled to find a store that would take my e cargo bike so was grateful when Van said he was able to service my bike. Price was good and issues with bike are now sorted. Also managed to get a second bike serviced at short notice as well. Will use again and would highly recommend.

I was lucky to get Van working on my new road bike. I have asked few time to others to solve some issues but despite the money spent i did not get a good service. Van came at home and fixed the problems given me also very good tips on how to enjoy my ride. The value add is having someone with you that in real time can operate on your bike, you make some few rides test and fine tuning together the bicycle. I do recommend Van's services.

Developed a rear tyre puncture on my e-bike on the way home from work. Unable to take to a repair shop so was delighted to discover a mobile bike repair service. Van replied to my desperate message even though it was late at night and arranged a visit for the following morning. He arrived on time with all the right bits and pieces and discovered the small shard of glass responsible for my latest puncture. Yes it was more expensive than going to a bike shop but with my large heavy bike at home this was not an option this time. Thank you Van for putting me back on the road again so I was able to go to work :)
