From the moment I used the WhatsApp option on the FIX A Car website the service I received was outstanding from start to finish. Gave me a quote, explained exactly what the job entailed and kept me updated from start to finish. I had never used Ryan before and usually get anxious when using a new company for anything at all, but can safely say that Ryan gave me confidence to know that upon dropping off and collecting my van that I would not have anything to worry about. I can say that I was totally impressed with how the van turned out and the attention to detail (even tho it’s a “work van”). I hope that I don’t need to use Ryan again for anything on my van but if I’m unfortunate enough to need another crash repair done then I will have no hesitation in contacting Fix A Car to sort it all out for me. 10/10 Service: Body & Trim

This is my second visit to this place and work carried out by Ryan and his father. There workmanship been brilliant however the customer service I received been really poor especially when its was time for me to do the final payment it was horrible and shocking experience of my life. In my opinion Ryan needs to tell his customer what he is going to charge for the extra bits to be done at the early stage instead of telling at the last stage when the works been completed and its time for the payment. Therefore, I would recommend anyone who is planning to visit this place is to confirm and make a agreement on the pricing before the process/works kicks off otherwise you will be having a hard time having a argument and discussion with him at the later stage just like what happened to me.
