Fixatex have been contracted by L&Q to do the electrical tests in my building. They sent me threatening letters and turned up without invite. When they phoned me I told them I don't want strangers in my flat especially since the last two contractors L&Q sent damaged the flat and haven't carried out repairs. I finally agreed for them to come at 8 am. They arrived late I told them to put everything back the way they found it and not trash my place. They left me without a working stove top and washing machine. They came back and fixed the stove top leaving grubby hand marks on my wall and my husband asked them to make sure everything else is working. My washing machine is still not working.

Very impressed with Fixatex have had some problems in getting my electrics tested because of one thing or the other my fault in some ways because of Covid losing my mum, but they have always been very understanding well done
