My Rolex bracelet was badly in need of attention. I was looking for a cheaper alternative to Rolex who probably would have wanted to sell me a brand new one. The communication and efficiency was very good with fix a link supplying me a postal and insured package to send it to them. I cannot say that I was still without concern sending it to them as I had never met them in person, nor had they been personally recommended. The watch arrived with them , a fair quote supplied and accepted, When the job was completed , I was in London and went to pick it up, more out of curiosity. I have to say the father and son were first class and the watch looked like new. If you don't want the expense of a new Rolex strap I would wholly recommend that you investigate Fixalink. In summary a rewarding, cost effective and straight forward experience.

Rolex serviced my watch and then wanted an additional £1150 plus vat to replace my datejust jubilee bracelet. Fixalink did the stretch repair f(re-pinned) for less than half that. My ten year old bracelet looks brand new, repaired, polished and perfect. I was sceptical and wondered if a repair on my very stretched bracelet was even possible ( I am fussy) It is excellent and I would highly recommend. Thanks again

Absolute champs! I went in with a minor issue with my watches bracelet, I was greeted with a smile and understanding and we chatted about my issue. The watch was then taken off to the workshop down the street for a quote and came back repaired due to the job being so small. Thanks for your time! Highly recommend.
