I contacted them 2 weeks ago and took too long to even come out to check the frigde. I told them everything regarding the fridge leaking, they came after many days to check. Didn't even open the fridge or checked from where its leaking. Charged us £30 just to say that "it needs service cleaning" and left within 5min. He kept telling us on the phone that a pipe must need a replacement. They quoted us £120 to clean the fridge or we can turn it off and let the ice melt, and assumed the problem without checking anything. Very unprofessional people, they were not helpful at all. I phoned 8.45pm Saturday night & the repair man came the next morning at 11am. The machine was repaired by 12.30pm Sunday. The repair man was very professional & friendly. I certainly would recommend this company.
