After booking in my device's to be repaired at my house they told me they couldn't attend after the appointment was confirmed. So I tried twice to take my device's to them for repaired this was a complete waste of time. The first time they couldn't get hold of their technician. So sat around waiting. The second time I was told someone would be available. But yet again this was a waste of time they contacted me and said I'm running 10 minutes late so I waited 15 as still no show. Since when is it correct to keep customers waiting. From my experience this company is a waste of time and customer service is non existent. Avoid!!!
