Very difficult to send them the bag because I would not be given a label. When I finally sent the bag, they sent it back still broken. Wasted time and money. They have no phone number to reach and have slow and misleading customer service through email.

Great repair. A little delay in getting the quote however communications were very good and prompt. The repair was impeccable - looks like new. (Zip replacement) I was a little concerned after sending my bag and reading reviews but my experience was very good. Hopefully a few more customers who receive a good service spend a couple of minutes to share their experience.

Awful company with awful customer service. Don't even bother. Either you can drop your suitcase at their location in Berkshire or they conveniently offer to arrange a collection. And they even let you choose a collection date. For people with jobs, this sounds like a good option. Except it isn't. Naturally the courier is a third party, in this case DHL. FixMyBag don't send you confirmation of the collection, nor do they update if you the collection date changes, which happened in my case, nor do they send you updates on the courier, nor do they give you a narrower collection slot. Not everyone can sit around at home all day waiting on a DHL driver to arrive on any day at any given moment. You can't reach this company by phone and emails take 72hrs for a response, if at all. Just save yourself the time and effort and don't bother with this company.

Send clear pictures of my bags handle broken. Which they clearly didn’t look at collected my bag kept it for two weeks charged me £15 for the privilege of taking my to their workshop to be told they couldn’t repair it as there was no parts available. A simple check of the pictures I sent could have decided if parts where available. Of course the £15 is none refundable so basically sent my bag for a £15 vacation. Avoid st all cost rubbish communication and terrible service !!!

Both zip sliders have been pulled out off my luggage, leaving the hard case with a bare zipper. I’ve sent the bag in and it was done in no time and perfectly. £35 well spent, for a suitcase that costs £449. They even helped with the paperwork, in order for me to claim the money back from the airline. Great customer service! Thank you!

A total con. Recently changed their name from K2 Global because their reputation is so bad. They provided an online quote for repairing a crack in my suitcase, which I accepted, and charged me £15 to collect my bag via DPD. 24 hrs later I received an email saying they couldn’t repair it for multiple non-specific reasons: lack of parts (not the customer’s problem) unseen/unreported damage (I filled out their form and provided photos), lack of warranty (irrelevant, they offered a quote for repair out of warranty). When I queried they said they can’t make any assessments until seen in person, so clearly the form customers are asked to fill out and the photos requested in advance are meaningless. They wouldn’t return my delivery fee and just sent the case back still broken. I basically paid them £15 to have DPD take my case on a day out. Avoid.
