We used the OOH emergency service for our management clients - it was a shambles from start to finish. Unauthorized call outs charged - Emergency calls unanswered for over 6 hours! Work carried out when it wasn't in the flat that was managed. Then having made complaints, they withdrew the service instead of making improvements. Would certainly not recommend their 24 hours team or the OOH service!
