Helpful and good work done quickly, but they returned my car to me with no fuel, causing an air lock when I refuelled. I understand they need to use fuel to complete tests, but to return it to me with no fuel is poor customer service and caused me unnecessary stress.

Took my car their for a tailgate repair quote, it was accepted and the car was collected and delivered back to my house. It was getting dark so I couldn't see repair properly, however, it looks OK, will check fully today. I was kept up to date with progress and will get them to quote for some shopping trolley damage on my other car.

EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY OF WORK!! Quality of work & Service extremely poor. I would not recommend anyone have their car repaired from here. I take good care of my car & have it detailed & well looked after on a weekly basis. I received my car after the repair. Took it to my detailer & we discovered the entire body of the car was completely covered in large overspray patches! I Will make a complaint to my insurance company. Extremely disappointed. Amateur work, very unprofessional. If your insurance company allocate this as a repair place you must not agree! Go elsewhere!
