Very disappointing and terrible service.Not even worth a star! My car has been non-drivable for a week and still awaiting to be allocated to a local car shop. They wouldn't even provide with a courtesy vehicle till it's accepted by a local shop.I have requested my insurer to transfer to another garage because they are useless really. I wish I would never talk to them again!

They don't deserve a single star. The guy/lady at the webchat was so rude and was not interested to help at then ended the chat abruptly. Its been more 2 weeks my car is waiting for allocation to repair.

Foul company botched repairs after 3 months apparently realised another part needed and over 2months for deliver them another 3 week for dealership booking wow my 5 month old car will be over a year old before I get it back sat with same fuel over 6months No courtesy car provided so had to hire elsewhere at my expense Even with their incompetence at ordering parts from start the staff have been rude and lied throughout Customer service are a joke insulted me with £50 compensation after everything promised it be in account in 5-7 working days after 2 week called to be told someone in Filey be in account by end of day to then 4 days later receive it and the "customer service agent" Carrie then uncontactable and barred me from the site for updates

Absolutely dreadful service ,takes hours to get through ,then spoke to a rude service agent . They then gave me the number of a garage to repair my car , the garage said I was out of their area so I need to contact them again . I logged a formal complaint no joy as yet

Warning warning!!! Stay well away from this company. My insurance company told us to go to Fix auto to get car repaired. It took over five weeks, came back scratched in several places and they had attempted to what looks like nail varnish in black to cover over a scratch they did. My car is red. Spoke to manager Malik he said the mark was already there. Only after I informed him I took pictures before it went into the garage he admitted it. The main work they did after respray came back a redish yellow, even the receptionist who helped drop the car off commented on how poor it looked. To top it all off they knicked my usb chip with all the music on. It seems strange that the main Director Ian Pugh talks about delivering quality, honesty and transparency throughout the business and yet I as a customer have had lies poor workmanship and dishonesty. I wouldn't bother going through their customer service either they are just as bad. I wish I'd read the comments from there other customers, well I've learned the hard way. But never again
