The worst customer service I have ever had. Avoid all costs. Had the car allocated to them via the insurance company. Booked me in and sent me a text to say to bring the car over. Once there said they couldn't do the job. This happened twice. Then lied to me and said the part was on backorder. Turns out they had someone off so couldn't do the work. then never called me back on numerous occasions. Went on for 2- 3 months. Shocking service.

I want to share my experience with Autofix Slough garage since I received my car on Friday 11/03/2022 i notice there is a new damage (scratches on the front bumper) which was not there when I gave my car to them. They tried to convince me that I have done the damage and the car was like that in the time they received it in the garage , but I showed them a picture which proofed this wrong , then the men started to blame the delivery guy who collected the vehicle . He was saying to me that 3rd party company did the delivery of the car from me to their garage and are probably responsible for the damage , but I also made pictures of the vehicle and the guy who collected it . Once I showed the picture to him , he was sorry because he recognise his colleague and their company vehicle, then he promised and ensured me that the damage will be removed with polishing on the next day- he said that will bring a mobile unit which can fix the car at my house – but this never happened . I am really disappointed from their service and attitude I have been waiting more then 3 weeks to get my car fixed and finally I got it with new damage which is unacceptable, and I will chase them until this is fixed. I wanted to make you aware of this. Very disappointed p.s i called them yesterday to remind them and they was sorry over the phone, also promised that someone will call me in next 15 minutes to arrange the repair - which never happened !
