SCARED TO DRIVE MY CAR NOW!! My car went in to get the bumper replaced and was returned to me with other issues. I noticed my car is leaking from the exhaust and the petrol is rapidly going down 3x faster than it would before i took it in for repairs. But when i brought it back for them to check it out and expressed my concerns of my car leaking petrol, John was condescending, unhelpful and belittling. I was told "that normally happens when you drive your car, the petrol goes down". He did not want to check or run any diagnostic on the car instead turned me away and suggested i pay to get my car checked out somewhere else. As a female, going into a mechanics can be very intimidating as it is, let alone being met with such an attitude, treatment and a car that now has other issues. I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone and would say stay away.

My car went there for inspection and at collecting my car I noticed my rear shelf speakers were replaced so be careful before you collect your car from there I called them after I noticed the rear speakers wear not playing as they used to so be careful

If you ever come across this repair centre...AVOID! Went through this repair centre via a claims company. Took almost 4 months for them to collect the car and when they did, the repair (front drivers door and anything associated with that due to a collision) was supposed to be completed within 2 weeks of which was the timeframe they had set. But considering this is a rubbish repair centre, they had extended the repair many times as they had not received the relevant parts for the repair so my car was just parked in their site. It took them 8 weeks to complete the repair. Previously went through a completely different repair centre for the same exact thing and it took them a week to repair. This repair centre orders parts after they have collected the car, not before. They need to look at their business model and update this. They also need to train their customer service team about lack of communication and how to be honest. Service: Body & Trim

Last time I dealt with them it took weeks for them to give me an estimate. I'm hoping this time it will be quicker, two days so far. May improve the rating if hear from them soon and they follow with a job well done. We take it on faith that they made every possible effort to source the main body panel needed but it has been about 6 months wait. When I arrive at the reception staff are usually too busy to greet the customer. Eventually someone had me fill in forms, then I was standing for a long periods without anyone making eye contact or saying what's happening.The company has a mutually beneficial contract with the official car dealers (Kia) which gives them a kind of monopolistic hold over warranty conditions. Summary : with just a little effort they could improve customer service a lot. I see that other reviewers have also complained about the reception - maybe the they don't have the resources for better service? Finally completed the work looks good.
