I’ve visited Fix Auto a few times now, each time I’ve encountered such nice guys. They are all so friendly and helpful. They did a fab fix job after I sadly hit a deer which caused quite a bit of damage. I recently called to get an air con re-gas and they fitted me in the same day. Highly recommend!

I booked my car in for a roof re spray because mazda newbury said these were the best. My experience.. I called round for a quote for respray and loan car, and it took them 4 days to finally email me one. I emailed to confirm, I would like to book in and giving them 8 weeks notice and confirm a loan car as i live in Swindon. However it took 3 phones calls to actually book the car in as they never replied to emails or called back when they said they would. The day arrives, I ring up and check for a loan car, was told we don't open till 7.30am, well why answer the phone before opening time? Google states they open at 7am. Not really a customers problem but hey. I was told they would ring me back, not a problem. They did.. however in their words ' they have 20 loan cars and everyone of them is booked out. They tried to ring staff and customers but they all refused to bring one back even tho they had 8 weeks notice of this booking. I explained to the man on the phone about it's not really professional to do this and I wouldn't do this to my clients...his response was, well you don't give out loan cars do ya! So I told him I would like to cancel because no way I could just use my Dorothy red slippers to click my heels to end up back at home and still run my business. This is a genuine review and tbh after seeing the other reviews, I should of known how I was going to be treated. Lesson learnt. Edit.. This company is trying to remove my genuine review . This happened on Tuesday 25th Oct 2022, emails and phone records can be provided.

Went in, in person to get a quote to respray a car bonnet. Was initially ignored while 2 staff chit chatted. Was told to email pictures, I said the car is outside! They tool a quick look and asked me to write my reg, name, email and phone number (which I did)...Never received a reply or acknowledgement. Will go elsewhere. If I was the owner of this business, I would not be happy with the staff working there. Service: Body & Trim

Booked in for the car roof to have its re spray due to stone chips and rust. I was told to ring the company 1st thing in the morning, which I did and the owner/man on the phone started to tell me off for following his instructions.. Gave this company 8 weeks notice of this booking Inc a loan car, because i was coming 40mins outside of Newbury and they needed the car for 4-5days. I have 2 children and 1 with special needs and is routine based. This company knew all this information. They have 20 loan cars apparently and they couldn't even put one to the side for our agreed appointment bearing in mind I was paying for this loan car. Man on the phone become rude when questioned why they didn't keep a car to the side. I had no choice but to cancel the re spray as me and the kids would of been stranded for 4 to 5 days and I have since booked in with a much more reliable company. Service: Body & Trim
