I have dealt with Fix A Gym on a number of occasions over the last 5 years or so and every time I have found them to be professional, eager to help and competitive in their pricing. The equipment I purchased was good in terms of the quality and I have had no problems. Being based in Dublin I have found some of the sports equipment outlets locally to be unhelpful and somewhat territorial. For this reason I have found it very easy to go back to Fix a Gym any time I needed a piece of equipment or some servicing done, knowing I'd be treated in a friendly and efficient manner. Recommended.

I absolutely love the service and quality of the equipment I have recieved from Fix a Gym. My new crosstrainer is amazing, arrived promptly in excellent condition, was easy to assemble, and works like a dream. For some reason after a good while the machine developed this noise and when I contacted Customer Service they just sent me a new one, no questions asked. Now I have a beautiful new machine at home, so important for my health and well-being. Highly recommend this company.
