We were seriously impressed with Fiveways. The showroom was great since we had space to talk and think, yet with helpful information and advice on-hand when we asked for it. Then the delivery was excellent with helpful tips on installation. We are extremely pleased with fire which is great quality, made all the better with the 'Fiveways experience' :) We recommend them without reservation.

Excellent customer service.. Warm, friendly, cheerful and polite. Respectful, Shoes off, carpet protectors, they even protected the grass where they were mixing up the plaster. High standard Professional good quality finish.. They proceeded to get on with the job at hand quickly and efficiently. Only issue one log being broken upon arrival, apologised and got straight onto the company to send out a new one which I am assured they will come to replace. Would recommend this company to anyone. Big thank you for making our dreams come true.. stressfree.. Update log replaced quickly.. thanks

I had a problem with my hole in the wall Burnley gas fire this was in May 2019 you made a house call but did not resolve the problem at that time. I made a wasted journey putting all the details and the manuals to your shop,approximately 4 months later i visted your showroom to now buy a new gas fire chose the model i wanted and then i waited for a time slot for a new inspection at my house. This never happen so i went some where else within 3 weeks of making my order this other company came round and installed it so this the reason why i have rated your company with only one star.
