Had to take my dad's cat to this practice as it was not well. Could not diagnose it with any condition and left him with a bill of £400+. After a few days called again to explain that the cat was not better. They simply wanted more consultations and more money. They don't really care about pets but it's about lining their pockets with money. It's run like a corporation rather than a veterinary practice. My dad's a pensioner and feels that his been ripped off.
