Car window being smashed as I went to leave today by 2 lads, fled as I entered. Whole place is a dump, unsafe environment, human waste in the stairwells, not a nice place to leave vehicle. No one to contact to report incident, haven't paid for parking as I wanted to get out of there as fast as possible due to the situation upon leaving.
