From out first phone call the lady on the phone was brilliant it was a free health check. We were late the next day but all the paperwork was already prepared with two smiling ladies at the front desk. My wife and was advised to take a walk up the road to a nice park because we had our pooch with us had a coffee. Walked and because we were a bit cold went into the newly opened Junction people in their was brilliant. Picked car up cleaned inside and out !!!! Asked loads of questions we are considering selling or keeping it all answered...even went looking for best price on the internet for us. This had to be best experience we have had ever. 5 stars by name and nature. We broke down on the m62 and were towed to 5 star without knowing anything about them. They were friendly, clear and helpful. Ultimately our car needed to be scrapped and they gave advice on how to do that, looked after the key (as we don't live nearby) and didn't charge a penny. Hard recommend!
