No sense of urgency whatsoever. The staff often treat your healthcare like it's an unimportant afterthought; you have to pester them to do their jobs again and again and again. I cannot count the total time wasted waiting for them to handle paperwork or send test results. I'm trans and have ADHD. It took months and months of back-and-forth between me, my private ADHD healthcare provider, and this practice to get the tests and info needed before I could be prescribed ADHD meds, and the delays were almost all on the side of this practice. Some of the receptionists are extremely rude, especially when handling phone calls. I know that's probably a rubbish part of the job for them, but the alternative would be trying to get stuff done in 10-minute GP appointments each of which takes 3 weeks to get, which is hopeless. They had no over-the-phone prescription ordering and no in-person GP appointments for a long time during the pandemic, which is extremely ableist and probably broke the Equality Act. (I get the risks of in-person appointments, but it could have been done safely when needed.) None of the staff wear masks, which casts doubt on both their competence and their empathy with clinically vulnerable patients. (This review is in April 2023, but they also haven't done so for most of the pandemic so far.) The GPs are often exasperating. They don't listen and need to be told everything. Being trans I'm used to essentially having to be my own doctor and tell the GP what they need to do, but it's exhausting, and it is worse with this practice than several others I've been enrolled with. The best I can say is that they haven't, as far as I can tell, been actively and intentionally transphobic to me; they're just so slow at doing anything that it feels like it. But that's just the NHS for trans people these days, I guess :-( When you're actually in an appointment, the GPs I've seen here (Dr Faizy is the one I've had most contact with) are quite personable and not too obstructive, modulo the above issue with you needing to do their jobs for them a lot of the time. I have occasionally got good healthcare from this practice. If that were all there is to providing a GP practice then I guess it would be fine. The lack of organisation, and as I said, any sense of urgency in the practice as a whole lets it down, and I can't recommend that anyone enrol here.

It's an outstanding GP surgery. Everyone is very kind and friendly. The doctors, the nurses and the people at the front desk, I've found them all are very kind and professional. I've been visiting most of the time the GP Dr Faizy (Faiz Ur Rehman). He is very caring, highly skilled with his profession, a fine and decent gentleman. I'm grateful to him for his outstanding care of my health. I wish Dr Faizy a long life with excellent health and want to be in his care forever.

Reception staff really good. Hit and miss with the GP’s. Dr Lewis and Dr Dean are great but I found Dr Grocock to be quite dismissive.

I made an telephone appointment 3 weeks ago. When it was the day of my appointment I didn't get any call. So I decided to phone to make sure I was being called today. I was told I was one of the last calls of the day. So I waited till 7pm. But when I checked on the website they close at 6:30pm. And sure enough, when I called the Practice it was closed. I did get a call although it was around 8pm. The GP did apologise for the late call and explain why.
