I would have given Five Guys a higher rating if not for their ridiculously high prices. I bought what turned out to be a disappointingly small chicken and bacon sandwich, small fries (which were actually rather generous), a milkshake, and a bottle of water, and those four items cost me over £20. I wouldn't have minded had the sandwich been double the size that it was, but for £8 I was expecting something much more substantial. Tasty, but very overpriced.

I'm generally not a negative person but this experience was not positive at all. The food was dry and a bit on the expensive side. £15 per person for a burger and chips and 1 bottomless drink. Maybe the high rents are being passed down to customers. The restaurant had loud music. Sounded like we were in a club not a restaurant. The tables were dirty and we had to ask a waiter to clean it before we sat down. Had to wait for 10 minutes, fast food without the fast.... Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly

This was my first ever time going to a five guys and I'm so happy I went to one (especially this one) the food came out in about 3-6 minutes which is fast and also the burgers were huge,juicy and delicious loved how they were made in front of you another thing to point out is the chips/fries I'm usually not a fan of skin on fries but these fries were something else criepy on the outside soft on the inside and the portion sizes were huge sadly didn't i remember to order a milkshake but next time I definitely will so overall absolutely amazing experience will come here again 5/5
