When we saw the amount of the bill we gritted our teeth and held out the tickets then we asked if we could change our minds and remove 2 drinks out of 4 since, as good tourists, we had our water bottles with us. Seller's response with a smirk: sorry but I already invoiced and you paid! We were disgusted and even more so when we realized that in our order there were 4 loose portions of fries at the bottom of the paper bag (fries from the menu) and 4 cones filled with fries (extra fries)! In short, go to five guys if you want (it's not the best burgers) but in your country if you don't want to get ripped off! Alors effectivement on est arrivé avec un accent anglais approximatif qui en disait long sur notre niveau d'anglais donc le vendeur nous a vu venir de loin. Bref, nous avons pris un sandwich et comme il n'était précisé nulle part si les frites étaient comprises avec, nous avons également commandé des frites. Avec cela le seul soda proposé est à volonté mais à un prix et un format exorbitant. Quand nous avons vu le montant de la facture nous avons serré les dents et tendu les billets puis nous avons demandé si nous pouvions nous raviser et enlever 2 boissons sur 4 puisqu'en bon touristes nous avions nos gourdes avec nous. Réponse du vendeur avec un sourire narquois : désolé mais j'ai déjà facturé et vous avez payé ! Nous étions dégoûtés et encore plus lorsqu'on s'est aperçu que dans notre commande il y avait 4 portions de frites en vrac au fond du sac en papier (frites du menu) et 4 cornets remplis de frites (frites supplémentaires)! En bref, allez chez five guys si vous voulez (c'est pas les meilleurs burgers) mais dans votre pays si vous ne voulez pas vous faire arnaquer!
