As has been mentioned by several other reviewers - the price for a basic meal here is pretty horrific and the lack of bins mean you can’t even clear up after yourself. This said however the food was nice, the service was good and my order was correct. Overall I was happy enough but adding a bin and fairer pricing would have made this a higher scoring review.

Nothing wrong with the food at all. Asked to use the toilet as had already heard it was for customer use only - was asked by staff if I was a customer and said yes I'm sat over there with my girlfriend (had a receipt to show proof) I was then told there was someone else using the toilet (not one person had gone in there apart from the lady who had gone in to clean it).

Would not recommend as a vegetarian (might seem obvious to some). The only option is the veggie sandwich (with cheese slice) was so wet and for £4.50 seemed poor value. Fries seem overpriced too. Service good.

zero ratting we are order vegetarian cheese sandwiches but they give us non vegetarian burger they do not took my order and when i eat this burger my religion break when i called them they tell me we not doing anything very third class staff and service i suggest to all dont go there anymore

First time trying Five Guys during a changeover. Didn't have long to wait, but order was made quickly which was good. I felt it was way overpriced though, for what it was. Staff were very friendly.

Oh my god what a bland first time disappointment. £7.50 for a little baby burger. Tasteless soggy onions, plastic cheese and cardboard disguised as "meat". Took forever to get my order. Place had boxes of potatoes, oil and peanuts dumped everywhere they could be dumped. Staff about as enthusiastic as a melted marshmallow. You'll get more and better off a greasy burger van than this. Will definitely avoid five guys in the future.
