Bad experience tonight.. just made a mistake taking a fork and the lady stare so bad at even when I was walking away..then Indian guy still staring so bad like i did a crime.that made me upset .I understand it's for hygiene reason but you can't be giving bad look and expect your customer to eat there and enjoy the food. .I have to throw the food even if I was hungry. .

Unhygienic and rude - Found a melted HAIR in the burger. Went with my friends on 14th May evening and ordered two cheese burgers and midway, we found a strand of hair melted in the cheese slice. Complained with the store manager and after inspection, he told they’ll refund us. We accepted since we understand it could happen and didn’t want to create a scene and we threw away both burgers (obviously). But when asked, we were informed that refund will be given only for that one burger and not two. This is because we found hair only in that burger and not in the other. Do they really expect people to eat their burger after finding a hair strand melted in cheese!!!! Really unprofessional approach from the employees. Never expect such a service from a reputed burger chain.
