Absolutely awful!!!! Was quoted £25 on the app and then when dropped off it cost £38 because of a diversion which added an extra 3 mins. The driver then who collected us called me for directions after driving all over a golf course! He then reversed all the way down a road because it was closed. Terrible driver- intact very unsafe. Do not use!!!

Had booked for a medical appointment they were 15 minutes late, did not come to the assigned locations while I was waiting in the snow and the rain with my poorly cat. When they saw the cat they also charged me extra which was not displayed in the app. Called customer service later and they shrugged off the situation with no apology for the treatment.

Definitely avoid. Prebooked through the app, but the driver never showed, the booking disappeared and they charged me anyway. It's a scam and the app just makes it guaranteed they can take your money without providing any service at all.

If I could rate you zero stars I would. Refused to pre book a taxi and was told I would have to call an hour before I need it to check availability. Have pre booked taxis with this firm many times before and handler was rude & couldn't tell me why it had changed. For people who have somewhere they need to be at a specific time (most customers) your service is useless. Booked with panther cabs instead. Last time I got a taxi with you the driver pretended to turn up and go home too! I had to call to get them to come back whilst I was stranded in the rain at midnight an hour away from home. Ridiculous firm.

DONT use 588888 taxis. Daughter booked in advance on Sunday for this morning, taxi did not show finally got through and they said they had double booked !!! Did not let her know just left her waiting for the taxi , she had to pay again for her missed train from the station and has missed her seminar at Uni. It seems ii it something they are commonly know to do according to reviews. Bad enough they cancelled a pre booking but not to let them know, they obviously got a higher paid fair !!!!

Booked car for my daughter via app, when she was picked up she was advised she had to pay before journey started and was charged £32 for a journey we usually pay £17 for and there was no price quoted on app. Not very impressed and won’t be using again as a result of this experience not that these companies care what is written about them!!!
