Think twice about renting from this estate! They do not understand the concept of supporting small businesses. It’s money over morals for them! they have done multiple businesses over . I’ve watched an old card shop be run out of business by them letting another card shop move right next to them, As the same for the carpet shops, allowing Ashley Cooke’s carpet shop move directly opposite another on yorkersgate These people run small businesses into the ground and would not recommend them at all or renting from them.
