A corrupt and deceitful hospital. If you are a NHS patient, please avoid. They carried out unnecessary work on my knee leaving me disabled, and then washed their hands of me, and threw me back into a multi-year waiting list claiming "all was good" their side. I complained (it's all done by snail mail, and, like their appointments, they routinely cancel last minute). Eventually I got to speak to someone who agreed with me all meeting...and then sent a letter saying the complete opposite! They seem versed in lawyer speak and trying to close cases quickly by placing obstacles. In my time with these, I had to take over 40 days annual leave for appointments cancelled without telling me, those that had zero merit (literal minutes and with no investigative work) and for needless x-rays and mri scans...which they lost! It got so bad that even their staff admitted the appointments were a waste of my time. Awful place, should be closed down.

Having spent my second stay in hospital It doesn't get any better. Firstly my surgeon Ivan was brilliant professional and kind he couldn't do enough for me. As for some of the staff that's a different story. They didn't want to know I was waiting for 3 hrs for my meds the nurse didn't come back I had drains coming from my back they was full the doctor explained to the nurse how to change them she went to collect new bottles never came back they ended up getting changed on the next shift. There is a divide to NHS and private patients .shame on you fitzwilliam .

If you from NHS you're treated like a pest If private you're treated like VIP Absolutely worst experience ever Dr. MALIK shame on you edit You are NOT treating all patients the same!!! Please do not suggest that I'm lying. I had a terrible experience with one of you "doctors" who didn't even listened what I had to say. Roughly 5 weeks ago the same doctor told me that he will have a plan how to help me with my condition, and yesterday he act like he didn't even remember me at all and didn't remembered what he said previously. Good luck with private patients cuz it looks you guys only care about them.

Used the one shop stop today. Was such a relief to get an appointment so quickly and then have a mammogram, ultrasound and results all in less than an hour. Mr Goh was fantastic and really put my mind at rest. Would hesitate to use it again or to recommend.
