    Very poor service from beginning to end. The secretary for Mr. Sinclair would benefit from a basic course in customer service. I have made telephone calls every week for over three weeks, twelve calls to date and she never responds. As a customer paying privately I would expect a higher standard of service and not to be made to feel like an inconvenience. Nobody else on the team can help. I should have read the many other poor reviews before I wasted £200 on a five minute consultation when it is impossible to get further appointments or quotes; verging on a scam. I never leave bad reviews but hopefully this will save someone else from wasting their time and money on Mr Sinclair, Taylor and the Fitzwilliam Clinic. Have now arranged treatment elsewhere at a clinic with a professional surgeon and staff.

    Do not pass this clinic by for the treatment of Varicose veins. Mr Weir is an absolute gentleman. My experience was nothing short of first class and exceeded my expectations. The priority and only concern is that you are happy with the final result. I couldn’t be happier summer shorts back on.

    Had breast implant removal and uplift done here, my breast were destroyed scars go up to my breast bone and are visible. I had to have corrective surgery but the scars were too high to really change much. Can’t wear certain clothes as there so visible. I’ve constant pain on breast bone because scars too high. Please please do your research before choosing a surgeon or you’ll be left like me

    Do not go to Mr Small, made my mother worse, on her review visit didn't even know what she was back in for. She had to ask him to remove stitches, has now made her day to day life worse. Took her money and couldn't care less after. Avoid avoid avoid

    Rhinoplasty carried out a few years ago, had a revision because I still had a very prominent dorsal hump. This then left scar tissue on the side of my nose which left it looking bent to the left and still hooks when I smile. I also recall after my surgery being swiftly rushed out of recovery by the nurse too because they must have had another person needing it. For a private service it was a terrible experience. Not worth the money or trauma of two surgeries for poor results. On a review afterwards my concerns were ignored.
