Can't thanks Noel and the team enough, they were there when all the other vets wouldn't take our dog after an IVDD injury. It really was the end of the road but Noel worked his magic and our dog Moe has now made a fantastic recovery. They are highly professional from the moment you enter to the moment your dog is running around again.

Very unhelpful woman on the phone who told me "just go on our website and if you need anything just email" well I did need help and I was speaking to you on the phone, but nothing! Just go online..argh!

Took my dog here for diagnostics, the vet although skilled wasn't really interested in talking and we felt rushed and dismissed. The consult was over £300 and we paid over £2,000 for imaging such as X-rays. The receptionist are awful, you call to ask for something and they don't want to speak to you for a second, it's an inconvenience. When we arrived at Fitzpatricks no one said hello, they asked us to take a seat and came over to ask if we'd like to pay now or after. Well after, as we hadn't even been consulted! In my experience they are living off TV promotion, we went to Anderson Moore's in Hampshire and this experience was much much better. If you have a question about your dog don't expect a reply in less than 3 days. The best thing about the place were the nurses who put some thought, effort and care into their job.

The most amazing place and people! I've never known my pup to be so comfortable with total strangers as he was here. Just over a year ago he had an initial surgery to fix a deformity in one of his front legs, just yesterday a second small operation to remove a pin that was causing discomfort in his ankle 4 days after making contact to discuss the issue!! Would absolutely reccomend to anyone with a furry friend in need of more specialist treatment. We were given 2 options for the initial surgery but at no point did they try to push the more expensive one, in actual fact they reccomended the cheaper option as being the better choice for our pup. Have never felt so comfortable leaving my pup with anyone, he was always in great hands!

Can’t express how thankful we are for Noel and the whole team. Our puppy had as 8 weeks old boy an undetected bone fracture with a growth plate trauma in the front leg. We visited the clinic as last hope after over 15 vets weren’t sure about Imo‘s future health. They recommended us amputation, denied helping him or were not trained enough in the distraction treatment which was necessary. Noel extended Imo‘s leg with a Ringfixateur. Imo had the best care in the over three months stay. The costs were really fair and for our impression even generous concerning how much effort and love the wonderful clinic team put in Imo‘s recovery. We travelled from south Germany to this place because we had the impression to get the best care here. Our expectations have even been exceeded! We met the most caring and talented people possible. Imo can walk around happily on all 4 legs without any pain, he is a happy boy thanks to all the Fitzpatrick Referrals team. We would definitely decide the same way every time because we are 100 percent sure there is no better place to get help for our fury friend! Wish you lots of love and all the best, hope to see you in summer, running around on 4 healthy legs, Imo and Nadine

Really lovely place! Noel worked on our rabbit after it broke his leg. The work is top tier and the care during and post operation has been great. Getting appointments was smooth and the whole process has been very simple. The building is clean and tidy and there's plenty of parking. It'd be a 5 star if it wasn't so expensive. The work is amazing but many people will be priced out of saving their pet due to the huge costs.
