Edit *** happy with Fitzpatrick's response - there appears to have been a communication issue somewhere. Updated the review. Unfortunately the batch of Supertherm is not fit for purpose (for me) but the customer service is good. I've since been and swapped for the Excel as mentioned and WOW, what a difference. Thank you for the speedy resolution. ************************************* Having used Fitzpatricks for coal previously, I ordered 10 bags of the Supertherm 25kg smokeless ovals.. Never in my life have I seen such a poor product.. I have sent 2 messages via the website but had no response as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt about it being a bad batch. If they'd have responded I don't think I'd have left this review. I'm now stuck with several 25kg bags of absolutely useless coal.. it hardly burns, produces very little heat and the ash pan needs emptying 2 or 3 times a day! It's horrible stuff and not fit for purpose.

Easy to order online, then was given a delivery date via email. The delivery driver was friendly, no trouble craning a tone bag into my garden which is on a slight incline. A good spread of cut wood in my bag from large to smaller pieces of wood. Will use again.
