Cannot recommend Fitzgerald enough! Last year I had my wedding ring resized at another jewellers and not even a year later it had completely snapped at the join, and they would not repair it again unless I paid for it and took no responsibility. I walked into Fitzgerald after seeing great reviews and the customer service I received throughout was fantastic! So understanding of how upset I was that my wedding ring was broken, and they explained exactly what they would do to repair it. I dropped it off and 3 weeks later it was finished, collected it and it looks incredible! Cannot see any previous damage and the work that has been carried out has been done to the highest spec. If I ever have any other issues or needs with my jewellery Fitzgerald will be my first port of call now. Thank you all so much!
