We instructed Fitz solicitors for the second time as previously sold a property through them. This time we purchased and sold a property through them. It was a very professional from start to finish dealing with them. We dealt with Sukheep who I highly recommend to see as communication and works done was on point. Also Belinda who helped out if Sukhdeep was not in the office. I probably rang 100 times a day but was dealt with correctly each time. Thanks again guys

I was recommended Fitz on the back of extremely positive reviews unfortunately my experience did not live up to them. There has been a recent change of personnel at Fitz and I was assigned a junior lawyer who my Agent hadn't worked with before. Lack of feedback, having to constantly chase to get basic updates, and unforgivably not having done things when you said you had. All in all it was a frustrating sale process, and wasn't impressed. 3/5 because in the end they got the job done. But my advice would be to ensure you are clear on who will take your case, their experience, and what the expected levels of service are.before instructing.
