Great service. Gemma has been brilliant at diagnosing and successfully treating several problems I’ve had this last few years. Expert, knowledgeable, highly professional and very supportive. The reception staff are always efficient, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended!

9 months later and my issue still isn’t sorted, but instead seems to be getting worse despite me sticking religiously to the prescribed on-going treatment. Early on money was spent/wasted on “inconclusive tests” that just didn’t make sense, & my visits with a very chatty podiatrist that seemed more focused on being social/political than being professional. I won’t recommend using these folks.

I came to Diane with recurring shin splints, which she fixed, but she also spotted that she would be able to help me with a much longer term spinal and mobility problem. No other treatment plan has been effective in the way that Diane's has. She is detailed, and helpful and has made a huge huge impact on my mobility, fitness, pain, and life.

So I thought I'd add my experience. I had a verruca cluster for about 2 years and it started spreading after I tried a lot of treatments from the pharmacy. I guess I just couldn't take the frustration anymore, and it spread to my finger so I was scared it would get bad. On blogs it seemed laser therapy was the best, so I finally found this place which had a slightly more affordable price (I didn't realise it's all so pricey in the UK!!!) and was nearer to my home. I did try to go to my GP for this, but first they lied I had nothing, then that they wouldn't offer treatment then more back and forwards so I was fed up. Anyway, on the experience here: - the receptionist was really nice. Even the first person I talked to on the phone was honest and told me a maximum price I might pay and that worst case I could end up doing 3 surgeries. I seriously appreciated this, so I booked the appointment. - I ended up having 2 surgeries. So I want people to be prepared to have more than 1-2!!!!! especially if you have a larger one. After the 2nd surgery the poor doctor told me it still wasn't gone and then she used a salicylic cream for a bit. Even after this it wasn't gone and we thought it was time for a 3rd surgery. She was really honest and nice throughout. However, by some crazy miracle, a week before the 3rd surgery it was gone!? It's been 1.5 months now and I'm still checking it every day just in case but there's only a scar. - do take the anaesthesic injections! even if it's 2 of them and you're scared of needles... again the doctor was really supportive here with my fear. - be prepared that there will be many follow-up sessions and you won't really be able to walk much. So factor in Uber costs. And you won't really be able to walk or have a shower for 1-2 weeks each time :/ It was easier to do during lockdown tbh. But at least I know it I have to do this again, I know where to go to. It may be pricey, but at least it's finally done now...

I've been here three times over ten years. Each time has been brilliant and I experienced great, friendly, supportive care, above and beyond what i expected. The reception staff are always welcoming and efficient. Gemma and Diane both spent a great deal of time expertly diagnosing, explaining and helping me with my feet and knees. Really appreciated and very highly recommended.

I've been coming to this clinic for years now, and even though the owner Diane is not very friendly and definetly lacks basic people skills, she has a wonderful team working for her. Gemma is amazing, and I would also highly recommend Chrysso. The lady at the reception is very helpful and extremely sweet and efficient and friendly. Again, if it wasn't for the team I would not have come back ever again as the owner is Not frie dly at all and seems to treat her staff rather poorly. Such a shame when you have such good people working alongside you.
