We have had two wardrobes fitted in two separate bedrooms, and on both occasions Jon took trouble to ensure that the wardrobes met out requirements. The men who fitted the wardrobes were very efficient and asked for my preferences on the finishing details (e.g. handle height etc). Would highly recommend.

The communication between the company itself and the company & client had a few issues - partly due to sickness The speed & quality are excellent. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive! Our first contact was with Jon who came for a site visit and was great at catering to our needs. Jon was very professional and patient. We weren't entirely sure what we wanted and he was really helpful and steered us towards designing a great solution! He also was not thrown by the curveball cupboard that we wanted shelves put in and went out of his way to talk to the rest of his team and they were ultimately able to help us with that too. The quote we got was very reasonable compared to others we had received (in some cases less than half some of the larger brands!). Jon was also very understanding when we had to wait to confirm for several months due to personal situations and still honoured the original price. We then had Ciprian and Gaby come and build the wardrobe and shelves over two days. They were both brilliant. They were professional, respectful of our space and you could tell they really cared about what they were doing. There was a small issue with the sizing of the panels that had been cut back at the warehouse and they kept us informed with the situation and gave us a plan for how it would be resolved quickly (especially since it was in the few days running up to a long weekend!). I would highly recommend Fitted Wardrobes And Bedrooms and would work with them again without hesitation.

Absolutely brilliant. My fitted wardrobes are completed to a stunning standard. Jon was extremely helpful throughout the process and his team were incredible. They are such hard workers, and just got their heads down to get it completed in time. Including coming in on a Saturday to finish it! Couldn’t be more delighted. Thank you to the guys.

I also, like many others, initially went for a big retailer we had used before, but they were pricey and would take 3/4 months to start building so with a bit of google I saw these wonderful reviews and decided to give them a chance. I made the right choice and don't regret it! Jon was so lovely when he came to measure, it was simple and straight forward and they gave us a good price as well as being able to fit the wardrobes within 10 days of the design visit! The communication was good and frequent (with all my questions) until they came to fit and they didn't disappoint - it was done in 2 days, the fitter made sure it was clean and hoovered so we could sleep in between those days, as well as when he left, it was so clean, and the wardrobes looked like they were fitted perfectly in that space and have always been there. It was really worth it and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business and will use again!
